The Marquette University School of Dentistry is currently designing and fundraising for a million, 40,000-square-foot expansion. The expansion will create additional clinical, lab and classroom space.
The state of Wisconsin has committed million to the project in its 2011-13 biennial budget. The School of Dentistry is raising million in matching funds through its Building for the Future Campaign.
As Wisconsin’s only dental school, Marquette offers the most advanced clinical resources and instructional technology available, supporting a dramatically different, one-of-a kind curriculum developed by our faculty to better prepare students for dental practice and patient care. Marquette’s dental students provide high-quality oral health care for more than 26,000 patients — many on Medicaid or uninsured — with 91,000 visits at seven statewide clinics annually.
