With a heritage dating back to 1862 and being the first Australian university to teach medicine, the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences has been at the forefront of health education and significant research for generations.
Our breadth is extensive, comprising five graduate schools offering a full suite of professional entry to practice programs in medicine, dentistry, psychology, physiotherapy, allied health sciences as well as career development programs for those already in the workforce. We are leaders in important health research and also provide training in the domains of population and global health. With a reputation earned over a century and a half of performance, many disciplines within the Faculty are consistently ranked amongst the top in the world. (produced by Aileen Chua)
